LumenAd is looking for enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our fast-growing team. The Account Coordinator position provides support to the account management team in the execution and optimization of digital campaigns. In addition to being a detail-oriented problem solver, the ideal candidate is familiar with digital advertising and/or advertising technology.

The Accounts team is the center of our customer operations, and is the driving force behind our sales and support. Through our customer-focused approach to digital media management, we provide above-and-beyond customer service to hundreds of advertisers, agencies and other media-buying professionals. Members of this team enjoy the opportunity to gain deep insight into the online advertising world and grow their careers through continued education in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Support account team in executing digital ad campaigns
  • Support account team in administrative duties such as order processing and invoicing
  • Utilize LumenAd’s propriety software platform INDEX to monitor campaign pacing and performance
  • Establish productive relationships with members of each of the internal teams
  • Serve as an expert on campaign processes including creative preparation, technical requirements, reporting setup and overall project management.
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot campaign issues and develop efficient solutions
  • Generate campaign updates and deliver post-flight reporting
  • Audit campaigns to ensure accuracy
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Train as backfill to the Account Executive position, for needed support and potential future growth (if desired)

 Skills and Requirements

  • 4-year degree in related field or relevant work experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communicator—both verbally and in writing
  • Thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Computer skills. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in ad-buying platforms (recommended but not required)

What you’ll do:

  • Create and maintain ad campaigns across proprietary and 3rd-party platforms

  • Design javascript implementation for behavioral analytics and custom event tracking

  • Inspect DOM elements to determine setup and implementation requirements

  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization

  • Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance

  • Generate and schedule reports

  • Interact with account managers, engineers and partners on various ops projects 

  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow

What you need:

  • BA/BS with industry emphasis OR related experience

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS/SQL

  • Passion for online advertising and/or game-changing technology

  • Familiarity with digital advertising industry and trends

  • Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing

  • Ability to use Excel/not afraid of Pivot Tables

  • Familiarity with debugging tools a plus

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship and act as the lead point of contact for a specific group of clients
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships
  • Work with client to develop media plans that help solve their problems
  • Act as key strategist for individual campaign initiatives throughout the year
  • Keep clients’ needs and goals top of mind in order to act as an advocate
  • Initiate, coordinate, and oversee all company activities on behalf of the client
  • Work with company colleagues to launch and update campaigns
  • Respond to client questions in a timely manner
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the client’s behalf
  • Identify any issues before the client does and provide solutions
  • Meet with clients often to discuss strategy and performance
  • Take part in pitches for new contracts (as needed)
  • Continuously offer unsolicited ideas to increase the effectiveness of the client’s marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to LumenAd’s profitability through good management
  • Work with the internal team to exceed the client’s expectations and keep re-earning the client’s trust
  • Stay abreast of new solutions and opportunities within the ad tech space
