LumenAd is looking for enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our fast growing team. The Account Executive position is directly responsible for customer onboarding, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management and a knack for sales. S/he will be able to identify business opportunities and grow them into long-standing, profitable partnerships built on stellar results and top-notch communication.

The Accounts team is the center of our customer operations, and is the driving force behind our sales and support. Through our customer-focused approach to digital media management, we provide above-and-beyond customer service to hundreds of advertisers, agencies and other media-buying professionals. Members of this team enjoy the opportunity to gain deep insight into the online advertising world and grow their careers through continued education in the workplace.


  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship and act as the lead point of contact for a specific group of clients

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships

  • Work with client to develop media plans that help solve their problems

  • Act as key strategist for individual campaign initiatives throughout the year

  • Keep clients’ needs and goals top of mind in order to act as an advocate

  • Initiate, coordinate, and oversee all company activities on behalf of the client

  • Work with company colleagues to launch and update campaigns

  • Respond to client questions in a timely manner

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the client’s behalf

  • Identify any issues before the client does and provide solutions

  • Meet with clients often to discuss strategy and performance

  • Take part in pitches for new contracts (as needed)

  • Continuously offer unsolicited ideas to increase the effectiveness of the client’s marketing initiatives

  • Contribute to LumenAd’s profitability through good management

  • Work with the internal team to exceed the client’s expectations and keep re-earning the client’s trust

  • Stay abreast of new solutions and opportunities within the ad tech space

  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

  • Professional appearance and persona

  • Readiness to working long or non-standard hours when necessary

  • Travel to the client may be required

  • Must be able to handle pressure well
